Approx 16h, 7yo Bay Gelding

‘Mav’ is a magic horse. He has competed successfully in show jumping and the show ring at shows across SA. His had a good basic education in dressage until he was a 5yo. This gave his legs time to mature. Then he was ready to begin his jumping career. Mav won his first ever show jumping classes at Pt Lincoln show in 2005. He enjoys his jumping and always tries his hardest. He is clever, honest and reliable over a jump.

Some of his life experiences include:

1. Attendance at Zone Schools,
2. always placed in show jumping competitions,
3. Trained cross country – reliable and honest,
4. Schooling over 1.10m, competing up to 1m and some unofficial D Grades.

Although the majority of his competition has been showjumping, he has had a lot of flatwork and has a very good basis to work with. He has a ‘can do’ attitude which would make him an excellent eventer too.

Mav has loads of personality and character. He has been described by an Olympic rider as “a reliable, sweet, honest horse”. He gives everything 110%. He is a fun horse, and would be a great eventer, pony club horse, junior show jumper, adult riding club horse, anything really. A very good allround horse! Good to shoe, float, wash, rug, worm, catch etc
