No Sale, No Fee - Pay on Sale of horse

Wanted - Quality, less expensive horses! We have buyers with impressive budgets, and we also have buyers with more modest budgets looking for their next horse. Sensible, experienced horses are always well sought after, especially at a lower price ie under $8,000.
Fee payable on sale of your horse is $250 or 4%, whichever is the greater, of the listed price unless a copy of The Horse Broker Sale Contract with a different price is forwarded to The Horse Broker, at which time, the fee will be applied to the actual price the horse is sold for.
This fee covers costs and time for:
- introduction to potential purchasers through our unique cross matching service to Australia's largest Register of Buyers;
- legal protection with The Horse Broker Sale Contract (valued at $39.95 included);
- personal assistance with negotiating a sale etc;
- inclusion in the monthly Email Sales Catalogue;
- featured advert on the website;
- links to DVD footage;
- general costs involved with website, office, staff etc.
All enquiries will be directed to The Horse Broker and then forwarded to the seller.
The Horse Broker accepts no responsibility for the representation of the horses advertised on this website. Sellers and Buyers must make all enquiries regarding the suitability of the horse they decide to purchase and make their own decision based on these enquiries. Pre Purchase Vet Inspections are recommended to all buyers.
