Seller’s Marketing Packages

We can personally sell your horse for you.

Choose the package that best suits your needs.

We market and promote your horse on your behalf, much like a real estate agent promotes houses for sale.  We have the  expertise and knowledge to market to a broad range of prospective buyers.  We also listen to you and your particular requirements/suggestions. 

We can also supply you with greater legal protection by supplying you with The Horse Broker Sale contract ($39.95).

Mini Grand Prix Seller’s Package

For a fee of only $99, we will include details of your horse for sale for a period of three months:

1. to EFA Instructors located in SA, WA, Vic and NSW, monthly;
2. to dressage clubs, show jumping clubs, pony clubs, adult riding clubs and other equestrian associations on a monthly basis and;
3. on our website – www.thehorsebroker.com.au.

You simply supply a photo in .jpg format and a written advert of up to 200 words including heading, full description and price. Your horse will be listed for a period of three months. All enquiries will be forwarded directly to yourself.

Grand Prix Seller’s Package

For a fee of $150 plus 10% of final sale price we will:

1. immediately contact any prospective buyers from our database of purchasers;
2. immediately commence your Marketing Package including:

• advertising your horse for sale on our website;
• advertising your horse for sale on several of the most popular national websites;
• sending details of your horse to EFA Instructors located in South Australia, Western Australia, Victoria and New South Wales;
• providing details of your horse for sale directly to dressage clubs, show jumping clubs, pony clubs and other equestrian associations – approx 1400 direct contacts to instructors, clubs etc;
• providing you with the opportunity to advertise on other websites, magazines (for an additional fee) to broaden your marketing base;
• provide a fortnightly report on the activity undertaken to promote your horse for sale;
• provide a brochure of your horse for sale for your personal use when showing prospective purchasers.

When an appropriate buyer is located we will:

• assist in any negotiations including viewings, vet checks, general queries etc;
• arrange for DVD’s/videos to be sent to the potential buyers;
• provide other assistance as required or direct you to the appropriate place for further information;
• provide a Seller’s Declaration to the buyer to limit any future potential liability, and; 
• provide assistance with presenting your horse for sale. 

 This package includes The Horse Broker Sale Contract (valued at $39.95) which will provide you with greater legal protection.

Grand Prix Plus Seller’s Package (Adelaide local only)

For a fee of $295 plus 10% of the final sale price we will:

1. ensure you receive all the benefits of the Grand Prix Seller, PLUS
2. make an appointment to view your horse ridden if possible; 
3. ride your horse ourselves, if appropriate and practical; 
4. when an appropriate buyer is located we will be present with the prospective buyer to help in promoting the horse for sale.

This package also includes The Horse Broker Sale Contract (valued at $39.95) which will provide you with greater legal protection.

Multi-Listings Package

For a fee of $225 studs or owners of three or more horses up to a maximum of five, for sale can benefit from the following three month listing:

1. full page of horses on the brochure sent to EFA Instructors located in SA, WA, Vic and NSW, monthly;
2. full page of horses on the brochure sent to dressage clubs, show jumping clubs, pony clubs, adult riding clubs and other equestrian associations on a monthly basis and (approx 1400 direct contacts);
3. advertising for each horse on our website – www.thehorsebroker.com.au. 

You simply supply any photos in jpg format and written descriptions for each horse, up to 200 words each horse. Your horses will be listed for a period of three months. All enquiries will be forwarded directly to yourself.

This package can be tailored to suit your personal needs ie if you need more than one page, please contact us.
